I found a website/challenge that I want to endeavor and blog as much as I can about. Its called “30 days to a better man” from the website “The Art of Manliness”. Click here to check it out.

This is as simple as eating meat, working out, not smoking, sleeping well and releasing stress. The out come will be an 8 pack and shoulders like Jungle Jim above.But the mustache is on you to grow.
